Merger between Oasis Instrumentation of Tempe, Arizona and Technical Controls of Portland, Oregon.

Oasis Instrumentation of Tempe, AZ and Technical Controls of Portland, OR have reached an agreement to merge their respective companies. The new distribution company will operate as Technical Controls, Inc.

The new company officers will be Scott Kawamoto, President, and Dan McNeil, Vice President/ General Manager – Southwest.

The merger of the two organizations addresses the challenges of the modern marketplace with a more efficient business model. Technical Controls “Southwest” will continue to provide premier customer service, assisting the high purity instrumentation and controls industry, both mobile and general hydraulics, pneumatics marketplace, process filtration, compressed air and gas filtration markets, and all seal applications ranging from high purity to general industrial applications. The target date for the merger is August 19, 2005.

Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Warehouse Operations will remain unchanged: phone, fax, and physical address will remain unchanged; e-mail addresses for contacts in Arizona will change after August 19th, and are listed on the contact us page.
